How to create a phase

  1. Navigate to a project and open the task list view or board view.
  2. Select Group by phases from the Group by option.
  3. The Manage phases button will appear - click it.
  4. Create phases by clicking the Add Option button.

Edit a phase

Double-click on the phase name you want to edit, make your changes, and press Enter.

Rename a phase

You can rename a phase using the edit steps above, or:

  • Right-click on the phase name in the task list or Kanban view to reveal the three-dot icon.
  • Select Rename phase, enter the new name, and press Enter.

Delete a phase

There are two ways to delete a phase:

Option 1 - via Manage phases:

  1. Click Manage phases.
  2. Hover over the phase you want to delete - a delete icon will appear on the right side of that row.
  3. Click the delete icon and confirm the deletion.

Option 2 - via task list or board view:

  1. Click the three-dot icon next to the highlighted phase name.
  2. Select Delete and confirm the deletion.
