Admin client portal
The Admin Client Portal allows workspace administrators to manage client relationships, services, and project delivery all in one place. From the admin side, you can onboard clients, offer services, handle requests, communicate, and send invoices.
To access the Client Portal, navigate to Client Portal from the side menu. For the client-facing view, see client portal.
| Feature | Description |

| Clients | Add clients, send invitations to the client portal, assign projects to clients, and manage client accounts. This is where you control who has access to your portal and which projects they can view. |
| Services | Admin users can add services that are offered to clients. You can manage your service listings and create request forms that clients can use to submit service requests through the portal. |
| Requests | View client-submitted requests for your service offerings. When a client fills out a request form for a service, the request will appear here for review and action. |
| Chats | Communicate directly with your clients through the built-in chat feature. This provides a centralized place for all client-admin conversations within the portal. |
| Invoices | Send invoices to clients for their requested services through the client portal. Manage billing and payment tracking for service deliveries. |
| Settings | Customize the client portal appearance and branding. |
