Slack

Integre o Worklenz com o Slack para receber notificações de projetos e tarefas diretamente nos seus canais do Slack. Essa integração permite que sua equipe se mantenha informada e interaja com tarefas sem sair do Slack.

Como conectar seu workspace do Slack

  1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
  2. Locate the Slack integration card and click Connect Slack Workspace.
  3. You will be redirected to the Slack authorization screen.
  4. Select your Slack workspace and click Allow.
  5. You will be redirected back to Worklenz with a success message. The integration card will now show a Connected status with your workspace name.

Como desconectar

  1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
  2. Click the Manage or Disconnect button on the Slack integration card.
  3. Confirm the disconnection.

Configurar notificações (página de Settings)

Depois de conectar, você pode vincular projetos do Worklenz a canais do Slack e escolher quais eventos disparam notificações.

  1. Click Manage on the Slack integration card.
  2. Click Add Configuration.
  3. Select a Worklenz project from the dropdown.
  4. Select a Slack channel from the dropdown (public and private channels where the bot is added).
  5. Select the notification types you want to receive (e.g., Task Created, Task Assigned, Status Changed).
  6. Save the configuration.

Você pode editar ou excluir configurações a qualquer momento. Use Refresh para atualizar a lista de canais do Slack.

Adicionar Slack pelo cabeçalho do projeto (Quick Add)

Você também pode adicionar a integração com Slack diretamente dentro de um projeto.

  1. Open any project.
  2. Click the Integrations button in the project header.
  3. Click on Slack from the dropdown.
  4. Select a Slack channel and choose your notification types.
  5. Click Add Integration.

O badge de integração no cabeçalho do projeto mostrará a quantidade de integrações ativas.

Eventos de notificação

Quando configurado, os seguintes eventos enviarão notificações para o canal do Slack vinculado:

  • Task Created - When a new task is created in the project.
  • Task Assigned - When a task is assigned to a team member.
  • Task Status Changed - When a task status is updated (e.g., To Do to In Progress).
  • Task Comment - When a comment is added to a task.

Cada notificação inclui detalhes da tarefa e um botão View Task para abrir rapidamente a tarefa no Worklenz.

Slash commands

Você pode interagir com o Worklenz diretamente no Slack usando slash commands:

  • /worklenz-task Task name | Project Name - Creates a new task in the specified project.
