Slack

Integre Worklenz con Slack para recibir notificaciones de proyectos y tareas directamente en sus canales de Slack. Esta integración permite que su equipo se mantenga informado e interactúe con las tareas sin salir de Slack.

Funcionalidades

  • Reciba notificaciones en tiempo real en Slack para eventos de tareas y proyectos.
  • Vincule proyectos específicos de Worklenz con canales específicos de Slack.
  • Elija qué tipos de notificación recibir por proyecto.
  • Agregue integraciones de Slack directamente desde el encabezado del proyecto.
  • Cree tareas desde Slack usando comandos con barra (slash commands).

Cómo conectar su espacio de trabajo de Slack

  1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
  2. Locate the Slack integration card and click Connect Slack Workspace.
  3. You will be redirected to the Slack authorization screen.
  4. Select your Slack workspace and click Allow.
  5. You will be redirected back to Worklenz with a success message. The integration card will now show a Connected status with your workspace name.

Cómo desconectar

  1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
  2. Click the Manage or Disconnect button on the Slack integration card.
  3. Confirm the disconnection.

Configurar notificaciones (página de Settings)

Una vez conectado, puede vincular proyectos de Worklenz a canales de Slack y elegir qué eventos activan las notificaciones.

  1. Click Manage on the Slack integration card.
  2. Click Add Configuration.
  3. Select a Worklenz project from the dropdown.
  4. Select a Slack channel from the dropdown (public and private channels where the bot is added).
  5. Select the notification types you want to receive (e.g., Task Created, Task Assigned, Status Changed).
  6. Save the configuration.

Puede editar o eliminar configuraciones en cualquier momento. Use el botón Refresh para actualizar la lista de canales desde Slack.

Agregar Slack desde el encabezado del proyecto (Quick Add)

También puede agregar la integración de Slack directamente desde un proyecto.

  1. Open any project.
  2. Click the Integrations button in the project header.
  3. Click on Slack from the dropdown.
  4. Select a Slack channel and choose your notification types.
  5. Click Add Integration.

La insignia de integración en el encabezado del proyecto mostrará la cantidad de integraciones activas.

Eventos de notificación

Cuando esté configurado, los siguientes eventos enviarán notificaciones a su canal de Slack vinculado:

  • Task Created - When a new task is created in the project.
  • Task Assigned - When a task is assigned to a team member.
  • Task Status Changed - When a task status is updated (e.g., To Do to In Progress).
  • Task Comment - When a comment is added to a task.

Cada notificación incluye detalles de la tarea y un botón View Task para ir rápidamente a la tarea en Worklenz.

Slash commands

Puede interactuar con Worklenz directamente desde Slack usando comandos con barra (slash commands):

  • /worklenz-task Task name | Project Name - Creates a new task in the specified project.
